  • Can men attend The Vegan Women Summit?

    The Vegan Women Summit welcomes all genders. Attendees of all backgrounds and industries, including all genders, are invited to attend The Vegan Women Summit. This event is open to the public.

  • Is there an age restriction for attendees of The Vegan Women Summit?

    Inspiring future changemakers is core to the focus of VWS! Attendees under the age of 16 are invited to attend The Vegan Women Summit with an accompanying adult.

  • Where will The Vegan Women Summit take place?

    The Vegan Women Summit will take place on May 10th at the prestigious Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, California.

  • How many events can I attend during The Vegan Women Summit?

    The Vegan Women Summit 2024 will consist of different events during the 2 day summit on May 9th & 10th in West Hollywood. VIP tickets include May 9th and 10th. General Admission tickets include May 10th. See ticket description for more information.

  • I’d like to nominate myself or someone else as a speaker. How can I do that?

    The Vegan Women Summit is not currently accepting speaker nominations.  Deadline to apply to speak is January 26, 2024, at 11:59pm PT.

  • Is there a discount available for students or nonprofits?

    We have a discounted general admission ticket option available for students and nonprofits on our ticketing page,

    below the regular general admission and VIP ticket options.

  • I can’t afford a discounted ticket. Are there any other options?

    Thanks to our incredible Host Committee, we are excited to be providing The Vegan Women Summit scholarship program, which has awarded a limited number of selected recipients with a free ticket to attend the Summit. The scholarship program application closed on March 1, 2024. 

    You can also apply to volunteer at the Summit in exchange for a free ticket, here.

  • Can I apply for a Creator pass to The Vegan Women Summit?

  • I bought a ticket and can’t attend the event. Can I get a refund?

    In order to plan and prepare for the best experience possible for our attendees, tickets to The Vegan Women Summit are non-refundable. If you bought a ticket and can’t attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee. Tickets will be transferable at no additional cost until May 8, 2024.

  • What is the dress code?

    The Vegan Women Summit is a professional networking event where we want you to shine. Dress comfortably and professionally for a full day of mingling.

  • Is The Vegan Women Summit accessible and compliant with ADA guidelines?

    The Vegan Women Summit takes place at a venue that is fully compliant with ADA guidelines.

  • Can I bring my dog to The Vegan Women Summit?

    We love all animals and would love to invite them all to the event. However, per food safety regulations, only service animals are allowed to accompany you to the event.

  • Will alcohol be served at The Vegan Women Summit?

    No alcohol will be served at The Vegan Women Summit on May 10th. We will have a variety of delicious non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy throughout the Summit. 


    Please note: Any separate Summit-affiliated events may serve alcohol.

Travel Details

  • Which airport should I use for The Vegan Women Summit?

    We recommend using Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). LAX is located 15 miles (~45 minutes) from the venue and offers daily domestic and international flights for most major destinations. BUR is located 11 miles (~40 minutes) from the venue and offers regional and domestic flights.
