Uber dropoff/entry off Melrose avenue: Enter the Pacific Design Center and walk down the main hallway. The check in is located in the main lobby near the information desk.

Parking garage: Enter the Pacific Design Center on level 1 and walk towards the information desk. The check in is located in the main lobby near the information desk.

Please note that event entry from San Vincente boulevard is not permitted.

The Pacific Design Center offers $18 event flat rate parking in their parking garage. Please request the event rate upon exit to the attendant.

Parking garage hours: 6am-1am

The parking garage entrance for Pacific Design Center is located on Melrose Avenue, just east of San Vicente Boulevard at 8687 Melrose Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069.

Metered street parking is generally available around the venue for 2 hour parking.

Please bring your ticket with the QR code for entry. This QR code will be scanned at the entrance, so please have it ready on your mobile device or printed out.

If you haven't already, please download your ticket from the confirmation email you received upon registration or go to the VWS Ticket Account Center to find and download your ticket.

• The Vegan Women Summit is a ticketed event. Only ticket holders will be permitted to enter the event.
• VIP ticket holders have a 2-day pass for May 9th and 10th and get access to the VIP reception on May 9th, as well as the full day summit from 8am-8pm on May 10th. If you are a VIP ticket holder, you have received VIP Reception information separately already.
• GA tickets holders have a 1-day pass on May 10th from 9am-8pm only.
• There will be no outside food and drink allowed in the venue.
• No large bags will be permitted at the venue.
• All bags will be checked by security. 
• Sorry, pets are not allowed at the event.

The two day event series begins with a VIP Reception on May 9th for VIP ticket holders, followed by the full-day summit on May 10th with a diverse range of activities, including 60+ keynote speakers and panel discussions, 60+ brands with complimentary meals and all-day sample activations, a vegan fashion and beauty marketplace, a vegan makeover station, headshot portrait booth, and much more.
