After jumping to a plant-based diet over five years ago, Dr. Angie Sadeghi has transformed her body and health through regular exercise and eating a whole-food plant-based diet. Struggling with various health problems, including high cholesterol, fatigue, and severe eczema, Dr. Angie turned her life around with a few simple lifestyle changes. She got into the best shape of her life and even snagged a place at the podium of a fitness competition she entered.
Now Dr. Angie is on a mission to improve people's overall health and quality of life. She understands that there is no one approach to dealing with the health issues that spring up later in life and offers a range of services tailored to each individual's needs. A diplomate to the American Board of Gastroenterology and extensive training from the University of Southern California, Dr. Angie uses her expert knowledge of the digestive system and her passion for fitness and nutrition. Dr. Angie has developed a comprehensive plan to help her patients with chronic illnesses and lead healthier lives.
Dr. Angie makes an appearance in several documentaries on plant-based fitness for health and weight loss. She was recently published in Vegan Health and Fitness Magazine, and her latest book, Trifecta of Rejuvenation and Health
