A long-time vegan, voice actress, screenwriter, musician, singer-songwriter, and activist, is there anything that Maggie Baird doesn't do? Working in every prestigious arena from Broadway to Hollywood to recording her first studio album We Sail in 2009, Maggie's career is a laundry list of life accomplishments that most of us only dream of. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1991, Maggie has featured in numerous shows, including Bones, The X-Files, and Six Feet Under.
Mother to musicians Finneas and Billie Eillish, Maggie's vegan lifestyle has inspired her daughter to follow in her mother's footsteps. Together the two have partnered to launch Seed + Grow, a philanthropic venture that supports 11 vegan restaurants and delivers meals to some of the most vulnerable communities, including major hospitals, homeless shelters, women's shelters, police stations, and senior centers. Maggie is a vegan with a keen eye for protecting our most forgotten and marginalized peoples, giving back, and providing people with the means to live a better life.
