Suzy Amis Cameron

The founder of the One Meal a Day movement and author of The OMD Plan: Swap One Meal a Day to Save your Health and Save the Planet, Suzy Amis Cameron is committed to changing the world's eating habits and expanding the accessibility of climate-friendly healthy foods. It is her passion, one inherently linked with her children, the planet, and her family's health. As someone who grew up deep in the BBQ-loving state of Oklahoma, Suzy recognizes the challenges of getting meat and dairy off the menu, but she knows that even the most minor changes can make a huge difference.

In 2005 she and her sister Rebecca Amis founded MUSE School CA, the first solar-powered, zero-waste school in the United States. The duo would launch MUSE Global in 2018, introducing their initiative to the world.

As an actor in over 25 films, including Titanic and The Usual Suspects, Amis uses her celebrity to change Hollywood for the better. Her Red Carpet Green Dress fashion campaign has partnered with the Oscars to showcase environmentally responsible fashion. She was an executive producer on The Game Changers; the hit Netflix documentary on elite plant-based athletes. And with the help of her husband, James Cameron, Suzy has established a number of initiatives, including Cameron Family Farms, Food Forest Organics, and Plant Power Task Force.
